Terms of Service

This website is operated by WAKE UP MEDIA PTY LTD (ABN 79 674 915 265), a digital agency based in Victoria, Australia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to WAKE UP MEDIA PTY LTD, and “you” refers to the client engaging our services. You can reach us at contact@wakeupmedia.com.au.

Our current offer is the Founding Client Package: 30 days of done-for-you short-form content plus a conversion-focused website or landing page, for $3,500 + GST ($3,850 total), delivered within 30 days of payment, limited to 3 spots.

Work begins once payment is received. To deliver on time, you agree to provide timely access, materials and approvals. Where delays are caused by you, for example late materials, feedback or approvals, the delivery timeline is extended correspondingly.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive where stated.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply automatically and cannot be excluded. If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies provided under that law.

The package includes a reasonable number of revisions within the scope described above. Work that falls outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and only begun once you approve the additional quote.

On full payment, you own the final delivered work. We may showcase delivered work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to in writing.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having the services resupplied, or to the amount you have paid us, whichever we choose.
